Coffee-addiction

We love coffee.
We drink it all the time.
Seriously, we can't live without it!
It is really nice to sit at a cafe with a nice cup of coffee and some good friends.

coffee can be used in anything, like maybe:

Coffee ice cream!!!

You need:

3 pasteurized egg yolks

100g icing sugar

250 ml whole milk

200 ml whip cream

1-2 teaspoons instant coffee

1 large teaspoon vanilla-sugar

chocolate chunks

This is how you do it:

Dissolve the coffee in 1 tablespoon milk

Whisk the egg yolks with the icing-sugar and the vanilla-sugar

Then mix it with the coffee and the milk.

Whip the whip cream and mix it with the mixture.

Put it in an ice-cream machine for 35-45 min with the chocolate chunks.

If you don't have an ice-cream machine, put it in the freezer and stir it at least every 30 minutes.
